Complaint Channels

Once the company receives a complaint and report, it will take the initiative to contact the complainant within 7 working days to confirm the report and conduct an internal investigation. Please specify the following items in detail for the event. If the factual information cannot be obtained, the company will not be able to accept complaints or reports.

1. The name of the complainant or whistleblower,

2. Contact number,

3. E-mail (or other methods of sending the information),

4. Contents of complaints and reports.
