Corporate Governance Director and Main Responsibilities

In order to strengthen corporate governance, the company's board of directors approved the establishment of a corporate governance manager on March 22, 2023, and appointed Mr. Chang Ta Chien, deputy general manager of finance, to serve as the corporate governance manager from June 1, 2023. The main responsibilities are as follows:
