Responsible for the planning and execution of the Company's financial accounting, taxation, stock affairs, investment management, funds allocation and business analysis.

Responsibilities of Units

Internal Audit Office

  • Implement and assess the Company's internal regulations, internal control systems and management systems, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
  • Conduct routine or ad hoc checks on the 7 major cycles of the Company's internal control and the matters assigned by the superior to ensure the actual implementation of the internal control system. Disclose audit findings in the audit report which will be submitted to the relevant supervisors for regular tacking of improvement. Uphold the spirit of independence, take an unbiased and impartial stand to perform duties, and report to the board of directors and supervisors regularly.

Electronic Components Division

    Responsible for the overall management of business, administration and strategy execution of various business units in Taiwan, mainland China (Kunshan, Shanghai, Beijing), South China (Hong Kong, Shenzhen), and Vietnam, and supervise the operational effectiveness of each department and unit.

  • Components Business 1 Division (CB1): Dedicated distributor for marketing electronic passive, active and mechanism components, provide professional and comprehensive services for related industries at domestic and overseas.
  • Components Business 3 Division (CB3): Dedicated distributor for marketing electronic passive, active and mechanism components, provide professional and comprehensive services for related industries at domestic and overseas.
  • East China Business Division (ECBD): (Kunshan, Shanghai, Beijing). Dedicated distributor for marketing electronic passive, active and mechanism components, provide professional and comprehensive services for related industries at domestic and overseas.
  • South China Business Division (SCBD): (Hong Kong, Shenzhen). Dedicated distributor for marketing electronic passive, active and mechanism components, provide professional and comprehensive services for related industries at domestic and overseas.
  • Components Business 5 Division (CB5): Responsible for the promotion and sales of new MEMS distributed by the Company and related product lines.
  • Vietnam Components Sale Department (VCSD): Dedicated distributor for marketing electronic passive, active and mechanism components, provide professional and comprehensive services for related industries at domestic and overseas.

New Equipment Business Dept.

    Dedicated distributor for marketing of electronic materials, PCB equipment, semiconductor equipment, testing equipment, panel surface treatment equipment, and other equipment and related materials, provide professional and comprehensive services for related industries at domestic and overseas.

Business Assistant

    Provide managers with real-time and useful management information, effectively implement internal management (process, inventory control, contract review, purchase accounts, accounts receivable control, etc.), the most powerful support for the Company’s sustainable growth and control, and serve as a bridge for communication across each and all business units.

Logistics Units

  • Finance Division FIN: Provide managers with real-time and useful decision-making information, powerful support for the Company's continuous growth and expansion, create wealth for shareholders, investors and staff, and serve as the best communication channel between the above three parties.
  • Human Resource Administration HRA: Responsible for human resource recruitment, training, education, retention and personnel administration. Maintenance of the Company’s environmental software and hardware, transactional procurement and fixed asset management and other related works.
  • Information (IT): Responsible for the acquisition, use, maintenance and other related business of the Company’s electronic software and hardware equipment.
  • Warehouse (WH): Import and export business and warehouse inbound and outbound management.
